International Office is the only authorized department to deal with all the international affairs of the Daqing Petroleum Institute. We will fervidly serve for all teachers and students of the DQPI.

| International Exchanges |

 To develop and manage all international programs.
To explore and establish linkages with overseas universities and research institutes.
To process long-term employment applications from other countries and to invite short-term lecturers or researchers to the institute.
To process and evaluate teachers or staffs' applications of going abroad and to issue the documents for visa application.
To manage all foreigners on the campus including teachers and students.
To manage the institute staff education conducted in foreign universities.
